REFUNDS

I generally can't give refunds for patterns or issues of the Stitch and Thimble, because of the digital nature of the products. But if you're unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch so we can chat about and resolve any problem you might have.

When you pay for a purchase on this website through PayPal, some of your personal details appear on the receipt PayPal generates for me - your name, email address and physical address. Naturally I keep records of these receipts, but they are stored securely and I will never share these details with any third party.
